How does your heroine react?
What kind of drugs is the child doing? For example, they may be taking steroids or they may be using recreational drugs too.
How does she get the child help and whom does she meet along the way? Who is your hero and how does he help your heroine?
This story starter has an inspirational tone to it, however remember that you can take any story starter and bend it to your will. It could be a time travel romance, a contemporary romance, or even a romantic suspense. Let your imagination soar freely.
