Note: When I first conceived this story starter I envisioned her recognizing a love from a past life (or lives. You know the whole destined to be together thing.) She has a very visceral reaction to him. Her head says one thing and her body says another.
This simple story starter could be the foundation for a steamy romance, a paranormal/fantasy romance, contemporary for sure or even a romantic suspense.
